Carrier Idler (JC)
Idler that supports the belt on the carrier side

Return Idler (JR)
Idler that supports the belt on the return side

Spiral return idler (JSR)
Spiral-shaped rollers remove belt debris to ensure stable operation.

Return idler with rubber rings (JRG)
Rubber rings are placed on the steel rollers to shorten the contact length. This suppresses the falling of belt debris.

Hold down return idler (triple)
- Corrects belt mistracking using belt tension and friction force
- Rollers contact the underside of the belt, preventing material adhesion
- Can be used on both Forward and Reverse Conveyors

Training carrier idler (JAC)
- Operates via a dual-layer frame structure and slewing shaft
- Frame pivots upon guide roller contact, applying a component force to return the belt to center
- Adjusts belt mistracking and belt misalignment without excessive force, minimizing damage to the belt

Training return idler (JAR)
- Operates via a dual-layer frame structure and slewing shaft
- Frame pivots upon guide roller contact, applying a component force to return the belt to center
- Adjusts belt mistracking and belt misalignment without excessive force, minimizing damage to the belt

Tapered training carrier idler (2-axis)
- Automatic alignment function with tapered side rollers
- Slewing shafts positioned at the lower ends of left and right roller supports.
- High slewing sensitivity improves belt mistracking adjustment performance
- Can be used on both Forward and Reverse Conveyors

Tapered hold down training return idler (2-axis)
- Tapered rollers press down on the belt surface to correct belt mistracking
- Structure with adjustable upper and lower heights
- Easily follows the curling tendency of the return belt, offering high correction capability
