Founder Takumi Hamaguchi established Hamaguchi Shoten in Tennoji Ward, Osaka City, and began manufacturing and selling conveyor products.

As business grew, JR Corporation (now JRC Co., Ltd.) was established and took over the business of Hamaguchi Iron Works Co., Ltd. with capital of 40 million yen.
March 1997
Established a new factory (current head office factory) in Midori-cho, Mihara-gun, Hyogo Prefecture (currently Minami-Awaji City), integrating the old factory.
March 2009
Established and opened the North Kanto Factory in Kodama-gun, Saitama Prefecture.

Launched solution sales.

Newly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market (stock code: 6224).

Acquired five companies in Japan through M&A.
